This document has been created as a simple guide for adding categories and products to your website. There are some customisations that may differ from site to site but will cover the most part of the document.
Your website can be accessed from anywhere on PC/Laptop and some pages of the site will be accessible via mobile devices.
Load up the website normally then once loaded add the admin code sent with this document.
So should look something like this

Your login details will be on the same email with your password as well.
The Dashboard will be the first thing that loads up after you have logged in.
This part of the dashboard displays how well your site is running with stats click on each of the stats to show in the graph how your website is doing.
NOTE: Stats here are only displayed in the date range selected along top of dashboard
Sales – The value of your sales so far
Orders – Total outstanding orders (status of orders needs to be changed to completed)
Cart Value – Is the average cart value of orders in the selected date range
Visits – is counted when your website is actively browsed, this also includes crawlers accessing your site.
Conversion Rate – Number visits to sales conversion rate the higher this is the better you’re doing!
Net Profit – Is calculated on cost of making an item to cost of sale multiplied by total sales
Online Visitors – Shows how many visitors you have had to your site in the last 30 minutes
Active Shopping Carts – Shows how many people have started ordering items in last 30 minutes
Orders – How many open or pending orders you have left to process
Returns – How many returns you have pending to action
Abandoned carts – how many people have started shopping but then stopped
Out of stock products – how many catalogue items are now out of stock
Messages – Shows how many people have sent messages through the website.
There is more to this menu by scrolling down these stats just give you headline figures on your website.
On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will see a comprehensive menu, depending on your user account privileges will depend on how much access you have to each of these areas. By default, Site Owners will have full access to most of the sell menu, Improve and Configure will be read-only.
This is probably the most accessed menu
Orders – Self-explanatory but will be where you find your orders and the details.
Catalogue – is where your products exist along with categories and stock levels.
Customers – A list of your customers and their related orders as well as addresses.
Customer Service – Is where the contact us form allows you to interact questions
Stats – Is a set of pre-defined reports to do with the shop

The catalogue is where all your products exist and have all their attributes set for each product. You can set pricing combinations, product details, pictures description, quantities shipping and more.
When you click on Products you get a list of all your products:
Sort – You can sort the all the columns using the triangles next to each column name.
The bottom of this page will display a menu when you go so many products to give you page scrolling.
Clicking on the New Product button mentioned above will allow you to add a new product to your shop site.

NOTE this tab will only display if in the “Basic Settings” tab you have selected “Product with Combinations”
This tab allows you to select shipping details that could affect your shipping method.
